Sample Menus

* This is just a sample.  I am happy to make anything on this menu, but I will create a new menu specifically for you and the season we are in.

Sample Lunches:

Sorrel soup with crème fraiche, and Irish brown bread

Buttermilk biscuits, mustard potatoes and mixed green salad

Ceasar Salad with smoked trout

Smoked salmon and egg salad on toast

Rancho Gordo heirloom beans with fresh bread, salsa fresca

Beet and radish salad with goat cheese and radish greens pesto

Sample Dinners:

Rack of lamb over a chickpea stew and roasted fennel,  kale caesar salad

Potato and leek soup with crème fresh, spinach linguini with wild mushrooms, mixed green salad

Peppers and caramelized onions on chapati, guacamole, chimicurri, and salsa fresca

Thistle Meats house sausage, horseradish mashed potatoes, roasted roots and stuffed tomatoes

Sweet potato gnocchi with browned butter and sage,  mixed greens salad with goat cheese and spiced pecans.
